49' Krogen Express 1996 Gratitude

BROKER DESCRIPTION

Built in 1996, Gratitude is a fine example of Krogen’s workmanship. Act quickly - she is one of only two 3-stateroom Krogen Express layouts ever built! She is finely finished to the most exacting standards and with the best materials. Her spacious pilothouse, livable salon and aft deck, and comfortable 3 staterooms and superb finish make her an exciting and uniquely attractive package. Currently cared for by a very meticulous owner who has blueprint drawings detailing plan, elevation, layout, construction, joinery detail, machinery, wiring diagram, ventilation and air conditioning, etc. Thoughtfully upgraded and well taken care of, she is turnkey and ready for the next long-range cruiser. For decades, the Krogen name has meant safety, style, comfort, values and pride of ownership. You will not be disappointed in Gratitude.

DETAILS

Entry is through either the port or starboard wing doors into the pilothouse, or through the double doors aft into the salon. When entering the salon, one is awestruck by the craftsmanship of the joinery in the cabinets and sole.  There is an L-shaped settee to starboard, and a large settee to port.  Both have been recently re-upholstered.  Forward to starboard is the U-shaped gourmet galley.  Forward to port is the companionway up to the pilothouse.

Up 3 steps from the salon is the pilot house, which provides for an excellent area for socializing and participating while the vessel is underway.  The pilothouse has a fully-equipped lower helm station and large comfortable settee.  From the pilothouse is a companionway up to the flying bridge.  The flybridge has a fully-equipped upper helm station, abundant seating, and an aft deck.  This provides an outstanding area for nice days with guest entertainment and sunset dining.  The flybridge also has dingy chocks and davit.  From the pilothouse, forward and to port, is the companionway down to the staterooms.

The stateroom level is located at the bottom of the forward pilothouse companionway.  Located all the way forward is the spacious master stateroom with ensuite master head.  Aft and to starboard is the office / second guest stateroom.  Aft and to port is the guest / day head.  Abaft the office / second guest stateroom is the laundry center with GE stackable washer/dryer.   Located all the way aft and under the pilothouse is the third guest stateroom with ensuite vanity sink.
