Originally fine-tuned, dressed and rigged as a Viking\nYacht Company Demo, only to be further dialed in with even more additions by an\nexperienced owner, captain and crew, Reel Fire offers the absolute best in a\ncustom/ production tournament-rigged Convertible. She is a go-anywhere/ fish\nanywhere vessel with a superior four stateroom four and 1/2 head layout, and\nthere is more than ample storage to go with it. This one also happens to be\nappointed with the absolute best in aesthetic attention to detail, an\nexorbitant amount of extras paired along with mechanical functionality\nincluding many redundant systems and a state-of-the art electronics package.
The Reel Fire’s overall condition defines an open\ncheckbook policy both cosmetically and mechanically. Take advantage of saving\nhundreds of thousands in trying to build a new, extremely well thought out,\nwell spec’d and dialed-in 70 Viking Convertible. The Reel Fire has been babied\nand still has a like-new boat feel.
Entered through an electrically-operated sliding\nfiberglass door, you are greeted with an immense salon that is both inviting\nand elaborately appointed with designer furnishings, window treatments, and\ncustom valances. Overhead LED lighting sets the mood while natural light\nstreams in from the salon sides and aft bulkhead windows. A day head is\nstrategically located to port at the salon entrance for convenience. It goes\nbarely noticed by eliminating the traditional large raised electric panel now\nreplaced by the successful weight savings and proven Moritz Octoplex screen\nmonitor main electrical panel system.
Fishing rods and other gear stows handily and are readily\naccessible beneath the L-shape sofa to starboard. The sofa faces the\nentertainment center to port with a 46” flat screen television and Bose\nLifestyle 48 system with custom surround sound. The galley island features a\ngranite counter, under counter refrigeration, three bar stools and is adjacent\nto the dinette that seats four with custom channel glass artwork just above.\nForward, the galley offers the convenience of world-class appliances, a walk-in\npantry, plus multiple drawer and locker stowage.
Below, the four-stateroom, four-head layout utilizes\nspace for maximum comfort and privacy, including a most spacious nearly full\nbeam master suite and private access to the very generous crew quarters which\ncan also be accessed via the engine room and cockpit. One often forgets how\nnice and convenient it is for each stateroom to have its own head.

The 70 Convertible will have chilled water air\nconditioning, a Delta-T engine room ventilation system and utilize Viking’s\nproprietary VIPER (Viking Independent Programmable Electrohydraulic Rudder)\nsteering, The VIPER system eliminates the tie-bar for independent rudder\noperation to optimize response and reduce rudder drag at all throttle settings\nfor remarkable maneuverability. One sea trial and you will instantly notice the\nengineering that went into the performance of this vessel.
