Fully insured with American Modern for the Bahamas and 250 miles offshore sailing. Gadzooks was hauled out in late July for two weeks having a new bottom paint and replacement of engine thru-hull. All ball values and thru-hulls have been replaced in the last three years. All electronics have been replaced in the last two years. This includes new Victron Inverter 3000 which has only been used once. New fuel tanks were installed two years ago, in total there are three fuel tanks. Port and Starboard, 75 gallons each and a third day tank 40 gallons. Installed is a new Simrad Autopilot 2019 which has only been used one time as well. Running rigging is new within the last two years. Dodger and Bimini installed in 2019. Sails are in new condition and include a spinnaker in perfect condition with scoop, for easy use.

Cockpit is equipped with pedestal hydraulic wheel steering with 36 inch stainless steel Destroyer steering wheel. Serviceable condition. Clutch and throttle control levers are mounted on the starboard side of steering pedestal. Serviceable condition.
Hull has inward turning flange for the deck joint. Appears serviceable where sighted.

The general appearance of the leather cushions reflect good care and appear new.

The V-berth stateroom is furnished with a large V-berth, port and starboard mirrored louvered door hanging lockers, and port and starboard mirrored storage cabinets.
There is a port side stateroom with full size berth and hanging locker.
There are port and starboard aft staterooms furnished with full size berths and hanging lockers,
There are two (2) bath facilities with Thermador electric flush toilets. Serviceable condition.
Both bath facilities are equipped with shower stalls vanities with sinks and mirrored medicine cabinets..

12 volt LED lighting throughout vessel. Serviceable condition.
The port side salon is furnished with a circular brown leather sofa and teak double leaf eating table. There is a smaller circular brown leather sofa on the starboard side.
The navigation station is on the starboard side forward of the galley furnished with a teak chart table and chair. There is a Sony 48 inch flat screen television mounted on salon\'s port side forward bulkhead.
Port and starboard salon bulwarks were completely rebuilt with teak with new teak book shelves.
Salon\'s deck sole is teak and holly which was recently replaced.
Teak and holly deck soles are new with new floor timbers.

AIR CONDITIONING UNITS:
Four (4) Eastern Marine air conditioner units with chiller unit. 32,000 BTU. (New).
The air conditioner units are reverse cycle for heat.
