The "A MODO MIO" is a one owner 2009 model 40' EXPRESS SF CABO that gives every appearance of having been carefully used and thoughtfully maintained. The exterior gel coat surface appears clean, undamaged and well waxed. All of the exterior canvas and upholstery is clean and undamaged. The Helm deck 4-sided enclosure is clear, supple, and all the zippers function as they should. The Helm deck's 3 STIDD chairs appear to be in perfect condition as does the guest seating. The helm deck and bridge deck have SeaDek or similar material for a comfortable and non-skid surface. The tower's aluminum structure appears to be regularly cleaned and polished, as do the outriggers. The engine room and bilges are clean. The interior is clean and protected from mildew by a De-Humidifier. The interior joinery is free of damage as is the upholstered seating, etc.

Boarding\n from the cockpit you will notice immediately the SEA DEK deck covering \nproviding a nice cushioned non-skid surface and the unblemished cockpit \nbolsters. Additionally prominent is the Transom door and large modeled \nin live well. There are two insulated fish boxes in the deck, ample rod \nholders in the covering boards, under covering board storage lockers, \nhorizontal gaff and boathook storage, and forward cockpit units for bait\n prep, etc., there are 2-Port and 2-Starboard cockpit outlets for Kite \nReels, etc. Forward to the Helm/Bridge deck, also covered with SEA DEK, \nvia 3 steps up; to your right is a unit with drawer storage, Helm AC \nequipment and a companion Stidd chair with foot rest, on the centerline \nis the fully equipped helm with electronic controls and electronic \ninstallations, with the Stidd Helm chair, next to the left is another \nStidd companion chair with foot rest sitting on top of a storage \nlocker. From\n the cockpit covering boards up the tower leg 6-steps to the hardtop \nwhere mounted are the canister life raft, ACR EPIRB, Raymarine HD \ndigital radar, rocket launcher rod holders on aft end, on the underside \nof the fiberglass Tower Helm Platform are spreader lights. The double \nspreader outriggers are mounted to the tower legs. From the hardtop \nmoving up the tower legs another 4-steps to the Tower helm platform with\n a fiberglass sunshade with 2nd set of spreader lights, control box with\n a Raymarine multi-function display, installations of electronic engine \ncontrols, engine display, joystick, Precision Pilot Pad and VHF. The \ntower helm also has a double seat with backrest and footrest. Forward on\n the tower helm platform is an ACR spotlight.
From\n the cockpit steps to the covering boards forward on the ample side \ndecks with handrail on the underside of the hardtop to the extended bow \nrail to the foredeck with bow pulpit with windlass.
